Insurance
I do not believe that insurers should decide your health care. Complications insurers create include requiring you to be diagnosed with a mental illness, potentially sharing that information with groups beyond your control, insisting on periodic updates as to your progress, and sometimes guiding your treatment. Therefore, I have chosen not to participate with insurance companies.
As a licensed psychotherapist, my professional services do qualify for patient reimbursement, and are often covered in full or in part by your health insurance provider. As an “out-of-network” provider I collect my fees (via debit or credit card) directly from you. For your convenience I will electronically submit to your insurer (on your behalf) for potential reimbursement to you.

I have set aside limited sessions with reduced rates for qualifying patients. Please call to discuss.
- $290 Individual sessions (50 minutes)
- $490 Couples/Family sessions (90 minutes)
- $175 Group sessions (90 minutes)
